Medicare Advantage Quality Incentive Program

The following guidelines apply to our Medicare Advantage Quality Incentive Program (MA QIP); participation in the program is voluntary. We encourage you to log in to the Care Gap Management application (CGMA) to opt in. We collaborate with our MA-contracted PCPs through our MA QIP, which offers financial incentives to reward our partners who address gaps in patient care, focus on outstanding member experience and submit high-quality structured data resulting in improved health outcomes for our MA members.

Eligible providers can earn incentives in the following categories (details are in the program incentive categories tab below):

• Medicare Star Rating measure gap closure
• Member experience measure
• Risk adjustment/chronic condition gap closure
• Preventive care visits (PCV)
• Personalized care support
• Structured supplemental data submission (SDS)
