We’ve updated the new Producer Center experience to make it easier for you to respond to requests for missing information. To help expedite small group onboarding, when information is missing from a group’s eGMA, you can now review the needed information on Producer Center.
When you log in to Producer Center, you’ll see an Action Items section, which may contain missing information notices under eGMA Returned/Needs Attention. After clicking eGMA Returned/Needs Attention, you’ll see an eGMA Clarification list. To respond via email, click on the Reply to missing information button and attach any needed documents. Your response and any attachments are immediately sent to us for processing.
This tool is an effective way to reply to all your small group missing information requests in one place. Please be sure to check it periodically when new groups have been submitted to help ensure they’re onboarding smoothly.
When we launched our new Producer Center experience in January, we incorporated your input to create an improved, streamlined portal that makes managing your book of business easier than ever. We also know that embracing change isn’t always easy, so until now, we’ve continued to maintain access to the Classic Producer Center experience. Now, the Classic Producer Center experience is being discontinued during scheduled maintenance the last week of August.
Access to Producer Center is available to all appointed producers with active groups and prospects. If you haven’t used Producer Center before, there’s never been a better time. If you previously had your Producer Center access revoked, your access can be reinstated now, and we’ll no longer revoke it due to inactivity.
