When we launched our new Producer Center experience in January, we incorporated your input to create an improved, streamlined portal that makes managing your book of business easier than ever.
The new Producer Center experience features a new dashboard with a summary view of all quotes, renewals, applications and commissions; a new consolidated clients section, improving your visibility into the status of your accounts; updated reporting and literature ordering; a dedicated commissions section; and new search and filter capabilities.
These enhancements help reduce your administrative overhead and free up more time for you to provide high-value service to your clients. Since the January launch, the new Producer Center experience has received highly positive feedback. We’ve added several usability updates based on your input—including the ability to order member ID cards—and will continue adding new enhancements to best meet your needs.
But we know embracing change isn’t always easy. That’s why when we launched the new Producer Center experience, we continued to maintain your access to the original Classic version of Producer Center. Though some producers are still using that Classic experience, utilization has been steadily declining, and it will be retired later this year. While the exact date is to be determined, we'll soon no longer support the Classic experience. Notifications about this will be posted on Producer Center as the retirement date approaches.
Access to Producer Center is available to all appointed producers with active groups and prospects. If you haven’t used Producer Center before, there’s never been a better time. If you previously had your Producer Center access revoked, your access can be reinstated now, and we’ll no longer revoke it due to inactivity.
