New self-service features being added to Producer Center in 2025

Giving you an industry-leading partnership experience is vital to achieving our mutual growth goals. That’s why we continually evolve and enhance the business systems and processes that support you.

Last year, we began implementing new system capabilities that add new self-service workflows and optimize our commissions payment process. The new experience—which integrates platforms built by trusted industry partner, SAP—will save you time and allow you and your staff to initiate and actively manage your appointments and maintain your licensure with us. It will also provide enhanced, detailed commissions statements and reporting so you can more accurately track payments received.

The target launch date is in 2025. Once the system is active, all appointed producers will receive instructions on how to access the new features. Plus, agencies will be able to request system access for their non-appointed agency staff.

Producer Center will remain the main portal for managing your book of business with us. If you’re a current Producer Center user, now’s a good time to log in and ensure your user credentials are up to date. If you haven’t used Producer Center or need a new password, please email our Producer Relations Support team to request access.

We’re excited to tell you more about our new self-service and commissions experience in the coming months. Look for updates in Producer News as the launch date approaches. Training for producers and staff will be scheduled in advance of the go-live date in 2025.
