According to the National Infertility Association, one in eight couples experience infertility, and data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) shows that infertility rates among both women and men are rising. Additionally, the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans reports 40% of employers offer fertility and family-building benefits to retain employees.

In addition to a dedicated phone number, the program is accessible via desktop and the WINFamily app, which provides access to appointment scheduling, video conferencing and a comprehensive library of on-demand educational resources.
WIN has seen greater pregnancy successes than some other forms of fertility treatment, with a 28% higher pregnancy rate per IVF transfer and 31% higher live birth rate than the national average.
ASO groups of 1,000+ that choose the WIN family-building buy-up will have access to all of the above through the Asuris network of providers, as well as utilization reporting.
WIN is separate from our Pregnancy Program, which provides specialized support and access to information and resources to help expectant parents navigate their pregnancy journey to a healthier full-term delivery. The Pregnancy Program is available as a buy-up to fully insured groups of 51+ and self-funded groups.
Additionally, WIN buy-up option is separate from WIN Comprehensive Treatment Bundles℠ offered directly to members through Asuris Advantages.
