All our Medicare Advantage plans for 2022 recently earned the highest possible Medicare Star ratings from CMS, yet we always seek to improve the way we serve our members. One improvement for the coming year is a change in where members order over-the-counter (OTC) products. Effective January 1, 2022, our online provider will change from NationsOTC to Medline.

Medline, a national manufacturer and supplier of health care products to providers and consumers, will offer members these advantages:

• Medline has distribution centers all over the U.S. and can guarantee next-day delivery of products to 99% of their customers.
• Medline manufactures many of their products, so they can offer them at lower-than-market costs.

• Like NationsOTC, Medline offers a catalogue that members can use to conveniently order via phone or online.

This change will not affect any of our current Medicare Advantage retail merchant locations. It will only change where members order items online or by calling 1-833-569-2330. Incomm (through Prime Therapeutics) remains our OTC vendor, and there will be no change to members’ cards or benefits.
