You should have already received an invitation to complete your 2023 Asuris Medicare Advantage and Part D certification via email. To remain compliant with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) regulations, we require that producers certify annually. To sell and receive commissions for 2023 Medicare Advantage and Part D products, you must certify or recertify.

You must also recertify to receive renewal commissions on existing Medicare Advantage and Part D business. You must complete the certification training by September 15, 2022, to be prepared for AEP. If you have completed either the AHIP or NAHU Core, Compliance and Fraud, Waste and Abuse (FWA) certification training, those certificates will satisfy the training requirement.

For agents completing the 2023 AHIP Medicare + Fraud, Waste, and Abuse certification, we’re offering something new this year. By using the Asuris AHIP link, agents will receive two extra benefits:

• A $50 discount on the training cost

• AHIP certification will automatically be sent to Asuris upon completion

Agents can also use this link to authorize AHIP to transmit their course completion to us automatically, even if they certify directly with AHIP or through another carrier.
