We’ve added the Great Call Lively Mobile Plus medical alert device to all Asuris Medicare Advantage plans in 2021. This all-in-one medical alert device has a fast call-response time; the most reliable coverage; and enhanced GPS technology, enabling highly trained agents to confirm location and get members the help they need, 24/7. It’s included at no member out-of-pocket cost.
Members can use the Great Call Lively Mobile Plus for emergencies and non-emergencies. Urgent response agents are highly trained in emergency and non-emergency situations and can send help when a member is locked out of their house, has car trouble, is in potential danger or is experiencing a medical emergency. Agents can call emergency services, get roadside assistance or contact family.
The medical alert device is specially designed to sense the sudden movement of a fall. If a user is unable to press the button, the device will automatically call an urgent response agent. And it’s waterproof, so users can wear it in the shower or the rain. Members can take advantage of this benefit by calling Great Call at 1-800-358-9586 TTY: 711.
