From virtual care to easy-to-use digital tools and local, award-winning customer service, we pack a lot of value into each plan. Let us take care of your employees, so they can take care of business.
Key 2025 small group product updates are listed below.
- Embedded virtual muscle & joint support: Coming Jan. 1, 2025, help your employees improve functionality and reduce pain in joints, spine and muscles. The personalized virtual exercise program supports active lifestyles and reduces costs. Based on health conditions, they may have access to a customized care plan, including guided exercise therapy, one-on-one video coaching with a care team, curated health education and behavior-change support.
- Enhanced well-being incentive: Employees, spouses and domestic partners eligible for up to $150 in total rewards can redeem rewards from hundreds of new merchant options, including Nike, Nordstrom, and many others. Additionally, three new wellbeing activities have been added for participants in all states, providing more ways to earn rewards: steps program ($25), immunizations ($10) and EAP engagement ($10). Certain exclusions apply.
- Dental4Health: Eligible employees—those diagnosed with any of nine conditions—on one of our dental plans will receive additional benefits that have been shown to help improve overall health. These benefits are provided at no extra cost, and services don’t count toward the annual maximum. Through our enhanced medical-dental integration, employees are automatically enrolled into this program.
- RealValue network: This new curated network provides premium cost savings plus broad access to multiple provider systems throughout Washington, Idaho, Oregon and Utah, and international emergency/ambulance coverage through the Multiplan network. The network is available on Asuris plans in rating areas 4, 6, 7 and 9. It is available on EPO plans including Bronze HSA 6000, Bronze Essential 7500, Silver 3000, Silver HSA 2700, Gold 2500, Gold HSA 1800.
- New Gold no-math plan with enhanced benefits: This new Small Group Gold Abound 3500 plan provides employees with 100% coverage on in-network services once they meet their $3,500 deductible and out-of-pocket maximum. The “no-math” plan cost-share structure provides employees with clear transparency about what they’ll need to pay for services. To improve access to virtual and mental health services, this plan also includes Virtual Primary Care through Doctor on Demand and EAP with up to eight counseling visits per incident at no member cost share. Gold Abound 3500 is designed to be a sole plan offering, so it is not available with another plan.
